Matutina
Panaderia Americana
An extraordinary cafe by Republica and Co. Hospitality group, Matutina offers a daily brunch.
According to Angel Medina, Co-Founder of Republica & Co., "The word "Matutina" is the feminine of the word "early morning", as in the early morning shift. The term "Panaderia Americana" was chosen as a way to describe what we do. This isn't a traditional Panaderia, but it also is not a traditional Bakery. It's really more of a phrase that our crew used around here to describe to their friends and family what Matutina was; "es como una panaderia, pero como panaderia Americana." It's like a bakery, but like an American Bakery."

From the owners of Pink Rabbit, a new prohibition-style bar has opened up in the Pearl! Fools and Horses built an elegant and accessible menu, featuring entrees like coconut-crusted mahi mahi and sweet ribs, not to mention a whole page of cocktails. Perfect!
