In just a few days, holiday shopping kicks off in earnest! We've all got lists to check twice before the December deadline, and when shopping this season, why not shop local? Supporting the small businesses of our friends and neighbors is always important, but since the "unprecedented times" keep on going, it's as critical as ever.
We feel fortunate at the Pearl District Portfolio to have really incredible retail tenants, perfect for holiday gift-getting, and all within a few blocks of each other.

Saturday, November 27th, is "Small Business Saturday," a holiday set up to rival the infamous "Black Friday." It’s designed to put money back into local businesses instead of enormous online retailers.
Don’t worry about storage for all those perfect gifts! Downtown Self Storage is happy to help with self-storage specials for local Portland residents and businesses. They’ve been storing your holiday goodies and more for over thirty years right here in the Pearl, and are supporting local kids in need as a drop-off location for the KGW Toy Drive.
