Celebrate the Last Days of Summer with Events in the Pearl District!
“August is like the Sunday of summer.” – Unknown
The countdown to September has begun. Time flies when you're having fun; summer in Portland is no exception. It's hot, as hot as it will get (knock on wood), August is usually the PNW's steamiest month. Enjoy the sizzle - the final gasp of 90 degree days, ice cream, and flip-flops before fall sets in.
The Labor Day weekend is only a little over three short weeks away, then the flourish of activity as students head back to school, and October is waiting in the wings.
All the fantastic summer celebrations we so enjoy are winding to a close. Best to get out and enjoy the last month of summer in the Pearl!
Here are the things that you don't want to miss before leaves start falling.

Donating online or dropping off supplies is enough to give over 15,000 students everything they need to prepare for the school year.
If you have supplies you'd like to donate, you can drop them off at Downtown Self Storage!
